Country Luau’s Dirty Shirley
Country Luau Spirits announced the launch of its new, lower-calorie version of the classic Shirley Temple: Dirty Shirley. Dirty Shirley has no artificial flavors or additives, it notes. It’s a sessionable 5.5% ABV cocktail made with only four ingredients — 11 times distilled vodka, organic cherry juice, natural flavors and pure sparkling water, it says. This modern twist on the original recipe allows each can of Dirty Shirley to deliver the same familiar taste without the caloric high-fructose corn syrup found in grenadine, it adds. Available to purchase in four-packs, Dirty Shirley launched in bars, restaurants and independent liquor stores across Tennessee, with plans to launch online in 32 states and expand in-store to Texas, Arkansas, Florida and South Carolina later this year, the company says.

Wild Tonic’s The Wanderer Series
Wild Tonic, a brand of Jun Kombucha made with honey instead of cane sugar, announced a new innovation within its nature-inspired holistic, non-alcohol beverage line: The Wanderer Series. Launching nationwide in January, the new line features the whimsical namesakes of traditional cocktails. The beverages come in four unique flavors: Bees Knees, a lemony gin flavor with notes of juniper and coriander; The Mule, a Jamaican ginger beer with a splash of lime and a ginger-heat finish; Paloma, a Mexican-style grapefruit soda with a blanco tequila flavor and hints of smokiness and tart lime; and Persephone, a pomegranate flavor featuring citrus and ginger with a slightly herbal finish, the company says. Wild Tonic Jun Kombucha is a cousin of traditional kombucha because it is made with honey instead of cane sugar, resulting in a smoother, lighter finish, the company notes. Jun Kombucha is made by fermenting tea and honey with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast). The honey feeds the SCOBY allowing probiotics, prebiotics and amino acids to naturally develop, providing good bacteria to promote good gut health, it says.

Pam’s UN-Oaked Cabernet Sauvignon
Ron Rubin Winery announced extending its oak-free offerings with the release of Pam’s UN-Oaked Cabernet Sauvignon 2021. Pam’s UN-Oaked Cabernet Sauvignon has an unusual backstory, the company notes. “Happy wife, Happy life” states the front label. Bottled at 12.5% ABV, Pam’s UN-Oaked Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine for all seasons and occasions — approachable, fruit-forward, with a hint of sweetness, it notes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, Pam’s UN-Oaked Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 has vibrant fruit aromas of raspberries and fresh plums, followed by fresh notes of cranberries, blackberries and black cherry on the palate, it adds.
