Manufacturers and retailers should not assume the benefits are known by all consumers.” \u003c/p>\u003cp >Lyons Wyatt adds that personalized messages also should be leveraged. For example, “kids 12-17 years are one of the largest tea consumer groups,” she explains. “Target these consumers with messages about the benefits and work to get this existing customer base to buy
