Boba Bam Instant Drink Packs
Boba Bam announced three new flavors of its Instant Boba Drink Packs. In addition to Boba Bam’s Brown Sugar flavor, the brand now offers Coffee, Matcha and Black Tea. “With millions of drinks sold, Boba Bam has cemented its position as the at-home boba category leader,” said Brian Khoddam, CEO of Boba Bam, in a statement. “By introducing new options which mirror the most popular flavors at boba shops, like matcha and black tea, we make it even easier for people to enjoy a boba shop quality experience in the convenience of their homes.” Boba Bam is available at select Costco and Sam’s Club locations in 12-packs, and Giant Co. and Schnucks locations in four-packs. For this year's release, Sagamore Spirit aged its four-year-old straight rye whiskey for an additional 18 months in 132-gallon PX Sherry barrels, coaxing forth a rye whiskey with velvety notes of toasted almond, dried fig, candied orange peel and soft spice, the company says. Crimson Cru Red Ale
With more than 225 years of collective brewing experience, Delaware’s Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and Belgium’s Brouwerji Rodenbach joined forces to release: Crimson Cru, a 7.1% ABV blended red ale.
Deep copper in color, Crimson Cru begins with Rodenbach’s world-renowned Grand Cru, a Flemish red-brown ale aged in oak casks, that made the overseas trek from Belgium to Delaware via tanker ship, the company notes. After its cross-Atlantic journey, Rodenbach’s Grand Cru is artfully blended with a red ale from Dogfish Head that is infused with sumac and sweet orange peel and dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc hops, it adds. The resulting beer is full-bodied and slightly warming with aromas of candied citrus, cherry, caramel and toffee, complemented by malty flavors of stewed fruits, plum, cherry, dried citrus and toffee, it says.
