MTN DEW, a brand PepsiCo, is releasing the latest iteration of its limited-time only flavor ― MTN DEW Voo-Dew ― for a third year in a row. Those who believe they’ve uncovered the mystery are encouraged to share their flavor guesses on social media using the hashtag #VOODEW and tagging @MountainDEW. MTN DEW saw a huge spike in social conversation last year around the mystery flavor, Fruit Candy Explosion, and now it wants to do it again, it says. MTN DEW Voo-Dew will be available for as long as supplies last at participating retailers across the United States.

Blue Moon Brewing Co., a division of Molson Coors Brewing Co., announced the nationwide launch of Moon Haze, its award-winning hazy and juicy pale ale. Brewed with dried, whole oranges, Moon Haze brings a bold, juicy flavor and Blue Moon's signature orange color together to invigorate the hazy craft beer scene, it says. Moon Haze has a juicy orange, tropical, coconut taste, an aroma of heavy citrus tropical with notes of orange, pineapple, mango, a whisper of coconut, and a smooth taste with a touch of bitterness to finish, according to the company. The beer has a 5.7% ABV and is available nationwide in six- and 12-pack offerings of 12-ounce cans.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. announced the release of its 2021 limited-edition fall seasonal, Oktoberfest, the brewery’s ode to beer’s largest party. This year’s edition is Amber Märzen, a traditional German beer with a 5.5% ABV. When developing this new product, the brewers were aiming to produce a darker malt-forward Oktoberfest beer, and the traditional Amber Märzen style fit the bill, the company says. Sierra Nevada’s 2021 Oktoberfest pours a clear deep amber color with aromas of dark bread and graham cracker. The flavor is balanced between sweet maltiness and delicate hop bitterness with a medium body, making this beer a solid example of the traditional Amber Märzen style, according to the company.

Coca-Cola, a brand of The Coca-Cola Co., released a new and improved Coca-Cola Zero Sugar recipe with a new look. The new recipe is hitting shelves in the United States. Full nationwide distribution in the United States and Canada started in August with full distribution by September. The new recipe was achieved by further optimizing the blend of flavors using the same ingredients to deliver a great Coke taste, according to the company. The new design will be featured on all Coca-Cola Zero Sugar products, including 7.5- and 12-ounce cans; fridge packs; and 13.2-ounce, 16.9-ounce, 20-ounce, 1.25-liter and 2-liter bottles. The updated Coca-Cola Zero Sugar already is on shelves across Europe and Latin America and will rollout globally over the course of 2021.

Super Coffee announced Maple Pumpkin will be a limited-edition fall seasonal in ready-to-drink (RTD) Super Coffee, Super Pods and a plant-based Super Creamer. The Maple Pumpkin line features an indulgent blend of sweet and creamy maple pumpkin, protein, antioxidants and MCT oil for focus and clarity, the company says. Sweetened with monk fruit, Super Coffee’s Maple Pumpkin contains zero added sugars. The Maple Pumpkin seasonal flavor is available in more than 8,000 stores nationwide through December and online. A 12-pack of the RTD coffee has a suggested retail price (SRP) of $33.99 while the Creamer three-pack has a $19.99 SRP and the 10-pack of pods has a SRP of $9.99.

Cutwater Spirits launched two regionally inspired RTD cocktails: Orange Vodka Smash, a mid-Atlantic classic, and Huckleberry Spritz, a tribute to Idaho’s state fruit. Featuring award-winning Cutwater Vodka, Orange Vodka Smash is made with house-made orange soda using real orange juice concentrate. A tribute to Idaho’s state fruit, Cutwater’s Huckleberry Vodka Spritz combines Cutwater Vodka with tart notes of wild huckleberry. The Orange Vodka Smash and Huckleberry Vodka Spritz are 7% ABV, gluten free and now available in four-packs of 12-ounce cans in select states. Stone Brewing released Stone Hazy IPA, a juicy, creamy IPA with a 6.7% ABV. A combination of fruit and tropical hops, Stone Hazy IPA features El Dorado and Azacca hops, which impart vivid orange, lemon and melon flavors as well as intense tropical mango and pineapple profiles, according to the company. Most notably, the brew has a deep golden opaque look hazier than most on the market, it adds. Stone Hazy IPA now is available nationwide in 12-ounce six-pack cans and on draft.
